The founder Derek Poth has many years of experience in SAP consulting and worked as an executive for renowned strategy consulting firms in Frankfurt, Vienna, and Düsseldorf.

In 2008, he began his career as a recruitment consultant and most recently worked successfully as a Business Manager at a well-known US-American recruitment agency. The founding of IT Recruits was the logical consequence of combining deep IT expertise with an exceptional network to establish a recruitment agency that brings together the highest level of quality and consistent reliability for clients and candidates.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is efficiency, reliability, and professionalism at a high technical level, in order to ensure the "low cost per hire" principle for our clients and to be a reputable point of contact for potential candidates.
